Place chicken breasts on bottom of crockpot. Add 1 cup water and 2 chicken bullion cubes.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.

Slice butter and place evenly over chicken.

Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
