Fluffy powdered sugar cake icing

First, Fluffen up your unsalted butter until fluffy and has a light yellow color. (Mix with electric mixer or by hand)

After fluffening up your butter, add you sifted powdered sugar one (one tablespoon at a time) after adding one tablespoon of powdered sugar, mix well by hand or with an electric mixer. You repeat the process till you run out of powdered sugar.

Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla then mix.

After adding vanilla, it’s time to add some milk or cream. When adding the milk or cream, make sure to add one tablespoon at a time to make sure you get the consistency.
