10 mins preparation! Chicken and lamb chop Karaage in an air fryer

We followed @hurry ‘s recipe to make Japanese karaage marinade sauce, but this time cooked it with an air fryer.😊 Also, simply because we didn’t have enough chicken drum sticks to serve 4 people, my colleague @EmmaJaneRichards thought of using lamb chops to cook in the same way and it turned out to be so good 🙌

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients for marinade sauce in a bowl. Add the meat to the mixture and leave it for at least 10 minutes.

Coat the meat with corn flour. Place the meat in the baskets of the air fryer. Set to the “air fryer” mode, select 200℃ and 20 mins. Press a start button.

After 10 mins, open the baskets and turn them over. Continue cooking for another 10 mins. See the results and extend the cooking time if needed. Ready to serve!!
