In a pan take 1 tsp oil add chopped dry fruits saute till it little changes it colour.then add all the species and switch of the flame and take it out.in a plate and add bhujiya and mix all properly

Then for maida dough take a bowl add maida, 4 tbsp oil, carrom seeds, salt to taste and mix all together and then using with the help of water make a soft dough like normal chapati.

Then after 10 min take a dough and take one piece in a small nimbu size dough..and roll it like a thin chapati. then take 1 tbsp of mixture in it and pleates like your saree and tighly secure it with the help of your hands like a potli.

Then take a woke add oil heat it up when oil is enough hot fry the potli samosa on low to medium flame till it become golden in colour it take 15-20 min then remove on a plate and cool down and store it for 2 month and enjoy it with tea.
