Asian Wonton Tacos

The other night my granddaughter messaged me a pic of the wonton tacos she was enjoying at a restaurant, and I was immediately drooling. They looked SO good! Found a copycat recipe online, made the slightest adjustment, and we devoured them for dinner. They're small, and supposed to be served as an appetizer, but we made a meal of them.
They were delicious! Next time we're going to swap ground pork for the chicken (prefer pork) and make the slaw topping "from scratch" using bok choy and green onions just because I LOVE bok choy.

Steps
- 1
Mix together all slaw ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2
Preheat oven to 375° F. Brush each wonton with oil on both sides and drape over the sides of baking dish. Bake until crisp, about 6-7 minutes. (NOTE: It appears our oven browns unevenly, though they crisped all over; think I may try frying them next time.)
- 3
Mix together meat filling ingredients in a large bowl. In large skillet, cook over high heat until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4
Add cooked chicken to wonton shells, top with slaw mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with sweet chili dipping sauce. Enjoy!
