When I used to visit Pakistan, every time when I wouldn’t like to eat the cooked food, my Naani Ammi used to make this choori for me. So for me it was a Naani’s dish to make 😄
As she is old now, she doesn’t makes it 🥲
There are some emotional attachments to it, today after a very long time I craved for it, so made it.
The secret ingredient of love was lacking but still..
Do pray for my Naani Ammi’s good health. 🤲🏽
This Choori is best for kids, as it takes some extra desi ghee to make it tasty 😋

Regular paira bana ke us mein thora ghee daal kar wapis paira bana lein. Koi special layers ki zaruat nahi. Ab is ko bail kar garam taway par daal dein.

Dono taraf ghee laga ke crispy paratha tyaar kar lein. Aur plate yan bowl mein nikaal lein.

Thori si thandi ho to hathon se tor ke pieces kar lein aur jitni cheeni daalni ho daal lein. Desi ghee bhi 1 tbsp ke kareeb daal dein.

Achi tarah se choor choor kar ke choori bana lein 😄
