Soak beans, peel the skin and wash it.

Add bell pepper,onion and scotch bonnet.

Blend the mixture to a smooth paste

Transfer to a bowl add in spices with palm oil. stir well

Get a pot with water, start putting the mixture in a nylon then cook.

Eat with sauce or pepper soup
