Steps

Mix all the flour and make a smooth batter by adding curd and water as needed, and keep aside for half n hr.

For chutney, grind all ingredients in a mixer and make chutney, add salt as per Taste.

Heat a pan, spread batter on a pan, apply ghee on one side and cook till the other side is crispy. When ready serve with coconut chutney.
