  • 4butterfly pea flowers
  • 1 glasswater
  • 1 tsp lemon juice,
  • 1/4 tsp saunf powder
  • as per tasteSugar
  • .Pinch of rock salt

Steps

0-15 mins
  1. 1

    Soak flowers in warm water for 5- 10 minutes.Remove flowers

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice. As you add lemon juice the blue colour turns purple.

  3. 3

    Add fennel seeds powder, salt, sugar. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve cool
