Wash and soak sabudana overnight

Drain the water and wash sabudana

Take big pan add sabudana and water and cook in medium flame stirring continuously to avoid sticking add salt and pepper cook till it is little thick.

Take plastic sheet and spread 1 spoon sabudana into small round and let it to be dry in direct sunlight.Turn the sides when one side is dry

Dry in sunlight for 2 days

Once it is fully dried store it in air tight container.

Heat oil fry the Sabu Dana papad from both sides.

Enjoy during your fast.
