  1. 2Leftover roti
  2. 2 tbspfinely chopped green capsicum
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped yellow capcium
  4. 2 tbspfinely chopped red capsicum
  5. 3 tbspfinely chopped onions
  6. 2 tbspboiled sweet corn
  7. 1 tspall-purpose flour
  8. As per tasteSalt & pepper
  9. 4 tbspmozzarella cheese

    Cut the leftover rotis into four parts with help of a knife. Make a smooth paste of all-purpose flour with little water.

    Now Place one piece of roti in the muffin tray. Add little maida paste to the sides of the roti kept in the tray. Place another part of roti in the muffin tray in a way that covers the sides of the cup.

    In a bowl mix all veggies and add pepper and salt.

    Now fill each muffin cup lined with roti with this veggie mix. Top with grated mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in over for 10-12 mins at 200 degrees or till cheese melts and roti turns crisp.
