Ingredients

  1. 3-4large boiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum (green,red, yellow)
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1/2 cuppizza sauce
  6. 1/2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 tspmixed herbs
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  10. As requiredOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a shallow pan,fry the potatoes on both sides till light brown.

    Chop the onion and tomato and mix capsicum to it

  3. 3

    Add salt,mixed herbs and red chilli flakes and mix.

  4. 4

    Put a little pizza sauce on each potato and then top it with vegetables.

  5. 5

    Put some mozzarella cheese on each.

  6. 6

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius till the cheese melts.

    Serve with more herbs or chilli flakes as required.
