Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pressure cooker and add oil to heat the oil. And add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, bay leaves, and cloves and mix it well soute for a minute.

    Now add onions, potato, peas, carrot, and Tomato and mix it well.

    Now add all spices salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala, and mix it well. Now cover the lid and cook until the veggies are soft.

    After the veggies are soft now add 2 cups of water and mix it. Now add rice mix well. Now open the pressure cooker and give 2 whistles and cook your rice.

    After 2 whistles open your cooker and your delicious Matar pulao is ready to eat.
