Ingredients

  1. 1onion, sliced
  2. 3 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 85 grams (3 ounces)goat cheese
  4. 3 tablespoonmilk
  5. 1/4 teaspoondried oregano
  6. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  7. Ground black pepper
  8. Pizza dough
  9. 3 ouncessun-dried tomatoes, drained and julienned
  10. 8 ouncesartichokes hearts, drained and quarteted
  11. 4 ouncesFontina, Gruyère, or Mozzarella, shredded
  12. Black olives

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté onion in 2 tablespoons of oil at medium low temperature until caramelized, covered. Set aside.

    In a small bowl combine goat cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Preheat oven to 475F with a pizza stone in the middle rack.

  4. 4

    Prepare the pizza. Drizzle a little olive oil and distribute evenly. Bake for 1 minute on preheated stone.

    Spread goat cheese mixture and distribute sautéed onions.

  6. 6

    Distribute tomatoes, artichoke, and cheese. Bake until done (10 minutes).

  7. 7

    Remove and garnish with olives. Serve.
