Ingredients

  • 300 gmsSweet Potatoes
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/4 CupCoriander
  • 1/2 CupBread Crumbs
  • 1 tbspchilli ginger paste
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 Pouch Masala e magic
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tbspButter
  • As Per RequiredLachcha pyaaz ketchup coriander mint Chutney to serve

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled and peel Sweet Potatoes. Grate and mash it.
    Heat oil in a pan adds masala e magic pouch. Mash sweet potatoes salt ginger chili paste chopped coriander mix it properly. Turn off the flame Transfer to a plate and add bread crumbs sugar and lemon juice. Mix it well. And make a smooth roll.

    Now heat grill Tawa. Apply butter and roast all rolls from all 4sides.
    Take in a plate attached to a stick. and serve.

    Tasty healthy Shakarkand
    Seekh Kabab is ready to serve.
    Serve with lachcha pyaaz lemon wedges coriander mint chutney and ketchup.
