Aloo pyaz ka parantha
Steps
- 1
Knead the medium, pliable dough. Cover and keep aside. Wash and pressure cook potatoes. Once the steam is released, remove them, remove peels and mash them.
- 2
All ingredients and salt into mashed potatoes, add lemon juice too and mix well.
- 3
Divide the dough into equal parts. Take one and roll, put prepared stuffing in the center and gather sides in the center, and seal properly.
- 4
Now roll paratha again with a light hand. Use dry flour in rolling to avoid sticking.
- 5
Further heat the skillet, and cook paratha little from both sides without ghee.
- 6
Then apply ghee and cook from both sides on medium flame.
- 7
Serve hot with curd, raita, pickle, chutney, etc.
