Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 1.5 cupgrated cauliflower
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupMint-Coriander, chopped leaves
  • 1 Tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 Tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/5 Tspred chill flakes
  • 1/4 cupfresh curd
  • 1/2 Tspcrushed carom seeds
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • 2 Tspcooking oil
  • 1.5 cupsieved besan(chickpea
  • 2 Tbsprice flour
  • as requiredWater
  • as requiredOil to deep fry

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients. Mix them well. If required add water. The cauliflower batter is ready. Rest covered for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat oil. Make cauliflower pakode and deep fry on medium flame from all the sides. I served with home made sweet chilli sauce.
