Mix flour and add oil and water as needed knead a soft dough and keep aside.

Take a pan to add ghee and roast Rava till gets an aroma then add sugar, desiccated coconut and mix it properly, and roast for some time. Keep aside to cool.

Take a small portion of dough and make a small ball and press it with your palm and roll it in a circle with a rolling pan and stuff the mixture of Rava mixture and sealed the end with applying water on the side and press it again and give the design.

Make all gujiya in with the same method and fry it in oil on a slow flame till golden brown and enjoy holi with these sweet.
