  • 1 kga chicken breast
  • 12 tbspbesin (gram flour)
  • 1egg
  • 3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1.5 tspsalt
  • Pinchajwain
  • Coriander fresh
  • 1Finely chopped green chilli
  • Red food colouring

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the gram flour

  2. 2

    Add ingredients to gram flour

  3. 3

    Add little water at a time to make a paste

  4. 4

    Add chicken and mix

  5. 5

    Fry within 30 mins of marination
