Use Chicken thighs for pie filling,burger, shawarma excetera as they are softer and juicier than chicken breast. I use this for shredded chicken eaten with pita bread.

Use Chicken thighs for pie filling,burger, shawarma excetera as they are softer and juicier than chicken breast. I use this for shredded chicken eaten with pita bread.

Remove the skin and bones from chicken thigh wash and drain

Put small amount of water to the tomato paste (the paste should not be much,just to make the chicken tasty)and mix it with all the ingredients

Marinate the chicken with the mixture for one hour

Heat small amount of oil in a pan and then add the marinated chicken thighs.

Stir fry on high heat to seal the moisture.When the sides are a little brown you flip the other side to fry.

When they are done frying. Transfer it to a bowl and let the chicken to cool down.

Don't add water when cooking.

After 15mins take the chicken back to the pan and cook on low heat.

This will make the chicken juicy because you fry them first in a hot oil and let it cool and then cook to make them soft.

You can use it in salad, shredded chicken for shawarma and sandwiches,pies,and so on.it taste really nice
