Wash and Soak urad and moong daal for 4 to 5 hrs. Then grind it to a smooth batter.

Add green chillies paste, salt to the batter and constantly stir it with your hand to one direction till it becomes fluffy.

Now heat oil and deep fry the vada till golden brown. Then take out and put it in the normal water bowl to soak for few minutes. Then take out and squeeze the excess water and keep aside.

Now in a serving plate, put some vada. Pour sweet yogurt over it. Add coriander chutney and tamarind dates chutney over it. Sprinkle red chilli powder & roasted cumin powder. Garnish with some coriander leaves. Delicious dahi Vada is ready to serve.
