1 cupwhole wheat flour /120gms
1 cupsugar /200 gms
1 cupghee
3 cupswater

Take 1 cup of sugar into a saucepan add water stir the solution till sugar dissolves. Heat this solution till boiling.

Switch off the flame. Meanwhile, place heavy bottom Kadai on another pan add ghee let it melt add whole wheat flour stir and mix stirring nonstop.

The colour of the flour will change. It should be dark golden add sugar solution carefully mix and stir

It becomes thicken and starts releasing ghee.
