Ingredients

  • 1 kgLean beef mince
  • 2 tbspRock salt
  • 1 tspCummin powder.
  • 1.5 tspCoriander powder.
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder.
  • 1 tbspCrushed red chilli.
  • 125 gmGreen chillies.
  • 100 gmFresh coriander.
  • 750 gmRed Onion.
  • 2 tbspChopped ginger garlic.

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all dry ingredients in mince and cook without oil.It should be too dry.
