Ingredients

2 (230 g)Basa Fillets, deboned & skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
150 gSoba, boiled
1 coriander root, crushed
8-10 Ginger, sliced
Black peppercorns
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1250 ml water
2 tbsps soy sauce
Baby bok choy, sliced
Coriander leaves
Fried garlic

Steps

Boil the water, add soba boil until cook drain and set aside. Bring bok choy to boil. When it cook scoop up drain and set aside.

Boil water with garlic, coriander root, black peppercorns, ginger sliced and soy sauce. Allow them to boiled. Add Basa in. Allow to boiled once. Ready to serve.
