Inspired by @KateCarless childhood favourite recipe and made our own twist on the original by adding marshmallows and some butter to the mix and reducing quantities for a smaller batch. My little girl had so much fun making them, I predict we will be making them again 😊😍

Inspired by @KateCarless childhood favourite recipe and made our own twist on the original by adding marshmallows and some butter to the mix and reducing quantities for a smaller batch. My little girl had so much fun making them, I predict we will be making them again 😊😍

Melt your chocolate and butter over a pot of boiling water until smooth.

Thoroughly mix in your rice crispies until completely coated. Add in marshmallows and mix. They start to melt making the mixture extra sticky.

Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases in a muffin tray and decorate with mini eggs. I used orange flavour ones.

Pop into the fridge for a few minutes to set. (Not necessary but it was a very hot day when I made them 🌞🌞
