I have made this Aloo Chicken with Baby Potatoes. Isn't that wonderful? Chicken and more Chicken. This is what we all want when it comes to having this lip-smacking Non-Veg Curry. It is the most loved bird in every part of the World. People just love it in any style. Be it gravy or a curry or a roast, it is always welcome. In this particular dish of mine, I have done it in a rather easy way out and have kept it as simpler as possible. This is my go-to dish whenever I feel a little low and not in the mood to cook a lavish spread. With Potatoes roped in, I made it delectable for the kids. They will love it even more. The simplest of pantry staples go into making this yummy Chicken Aloo Curry.
The best part is that it can be relished with both Rice and Rotis as well. Naans, Puris, and Parathas taste yum with this amazing Non-Veg Curry. It goes absolutely well with simple boiled Rice or Pulao or even Veg Tahiri. The options are endless.

Steps
- 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add Ginger garlic paste, Salt, and sliced Onions. Saute them both on low to medium-high heat until light brown in colour and done. The raw smell should fade away completely. Now add finely chopped Tomatoes. Saute well and cook until mushy and soft. At this point in time, add washed and cleaned Chicken Bone-in.
- 2
Now saute the Chicken on a low heat until nicely fried and sauteed. Halfway through, add the rest of the spices. Also, add half of the chopped Coriander Leaves. And also add Baby Potatoes. Clean them thoroughly and poke them all over for the best results. You can fry them too if desired. Now cover and cook until soft and done. There is no need for any water. If you want a little more gravy, add a cup of it. That's it. Garnish with the other half of the chopped Coriander Leaves.
- 3
Sprinkle some Garam Masala just before you dish it out. Serve it as a yummy side dish with Rice and Rotis both. It tastes so good. Children would definitely want more of it. Enjoy!
