Had an over abundance of mushrooms. I needed something to do with them quickly so I just saute these with some parsley And green onions I had to use soon. The herbs I added are just some of my favorites. I can use this in rice, soups, salads or just eat it by itself :)

Ingredients

  1. Store box of size mushrooms
  2. Handfulchopped parsley
  3. 1 bunchgreen onions, green leaves only
  4. 1/4 tsponion powder
  5. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/4thyme
  7. 1/2 tblsolive oil
  8. 1 tblsEarth Balance butter (opt)
  9. Salt/Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute all at same time on medium hear till mushrooms are to your liking. I go about 5 to 8 minutes.
