Grind cashews, almonds, pistachios and bread pieces in a mixer jar into a fine powder.

Boil milk and add this mixture, mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and mix well.

Now add cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water.

Add cardamom powder and saffron strands.

Mix well and switch off the heat, let it cool.

When it cools down, fill into small size matkas.

Garnish with chopped pistachios and saffron strands.

Cover with aluminum foil and Keep in freezer for 6 hours.

After 6-7 hours take out from fridge and Enjoy kesar pista matka kulfi.
