Line Cookie Sheet with buttered tin foil and heat oven to 350 F

Mix in saucepan brown sugar and butter and bring to boil.

While waiting for the boil, fill lined cookie sheet with soda crackers

Pour the boiled mixture over soda crackers, then bake for 10 mins

Sprinkle Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips over the baked sheet. Let it all melt and then spread evenly with spatula. Then sprinkle chopped pecans to amount desired.

Refrigerate or freeze and then break into squares before serving
