  2. 1 cupcucumber cubed
  3. 1/2 cuptomatoes deseeded and cubed
  4. 1/4 cuponion cubed
  5. 2 tbsfresh coriander chopped
  6. Dressing
  7. 1/4 cupmayo
  8. 1 tbsvinegar
  9. 1 tspmustard paste
  10. 1/2 tspmixed herbs
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black pepper to taste
  13. Pinchchilli flakes
  14. 1/2 tspgarlic powder

    In a mixing bowl add mayo and spices mix well
