Ingredients

25 minutes
7-8 servings
  • 400 gpuff pastry
  • 1/4 cuppistachios
  • 1/4 cupAlmonds
  • 1liter milk
  • 100 mlcream
  • 1/4 cupsugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2tesp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tesp vanilla essence
  • 1 tblsbutter
  • 1/4 cupdessicated coconut
  • Rose petals
  • Silver edible paper

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pot combine the milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes till the mixture reduced in half of the quantity. Then add ground cinnamon.

  2. 2

    To assemble take an oven proof dish and grease it with butter.

  3. 3

    Now set the puff pastry (bakerkhani/french hearts or plain) in the dish. Can use crushed or as it is. Spread the half of nuts over there.

  4. 4

    Now pour then cooked milk mixture in it then drizzle cream on it. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.

  5. 5

    At last sprinkle nuts and dessicated coconut with rose petals and silver edible paper.
    Tasty Umme Ali is ready, serve warm, enjoy 💕
