Ab marinated chicken pan me add karein or cook karein. Pehly 15 minutes cover Kar cook karein phr cover hara k high flame par dry krlen... Or phr coal Ka smoke de dein

Rice half an hour soak karein..

Bary pan me.. ghee add karein, garam karein ab is me Cumin seeds or black pepper add karein or sath hi green chillies bhi add Kar dein.. phr hasbe zarorat Pani add karein or boil any Ka wait karein.

Ab rice Ka Pani Nikal Kar add Kar dein..cook karein jab Pani takreebn Khushk hojae to dum par rakh dein..

15 minutes bad thory chawal plate me Nikal Lein ab Baki chawal k upper ready ki hui chicken add karein or chawal wapis Dal dein.. or sath hi zarda colour bhi add Kar dein Jese biryani me teh lgaty Hain.. 10 minutes mazeed dum dein..
