Fettuccine Alfredo with Italian Meatballs & Mushrooms

Ingredients

  1. 8-10Italian Meatballs
  2. 1 cupmushrooms
  3. 16 ozFettuccine Pasta
  4. 1/2 cupbutter
  5. 1 tspminced garlic
  6. 1 1/2 cupheavy cream
  7. 3/4 cupParmesan cheese
  8. 1/2 cupshredded Romano cheese
  9. to taste Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake meatballs for 15 minutes. Turn and bake door another 15 minutes.

    Bring large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta to the pot of boiling water; cook al dente.

    Melt butter in 4-quart stockpot over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and mushroom in butter 1 minute.

    Stir in cream; bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until completely melted and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Add meatballs to sauce. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
