A fragrant water that offers hydration, wellness, and vitamins. An ideal choice for spring and summer when the body needs plenty of water.

Wash and slice the lemon, peel and slice the ginger. If desired, squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

In a pitcher or jar with a lid, add the ingredients. Add the mint leaves. Close and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. For a stronger mint flavor, crush half or all of the leaves in a mortar. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight and take it with you to work or your activities.

Serve plain or with ice and enjoy a refreshing drink!
