After cook 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes, red Chilli powder turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle.on high flame then turn the flame medium and cook for 2 whistles. Then switch off the flame.

Open the cooker. The lauki has turned soft and cooked well. cooked it on high flame for 3-4 minutes and slightly mash it with a spatula or spoon. When it did and oil comes out turn off the flame. Serve this sabzi with hot roti or paratha.
