Enjoy this quick Mughlai-style chicken korma, packed with lots of spices and classic Indian flavors. You'll fall in love with its rich taste.

Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly.

Heat ghee in a large skillet. Add cardamom and fried onions, then add the chicken and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add ginger paste, yogurt, fried onions, korma masala, and Kashmiri red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute. Then add garam masala and saffron. If the gravy is too thick, add a little water before covering.

Mix the spices well with the chicken. Cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the chicken is tender, turn off the heat. Garnish with finely chopped cilantro and serve hot with paratha, roti, naan, or rice.
