Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbeans
  • 1scotchbonnet
  • 2hot pepper, 2 red bell pepper
  • 1onion
  • garlic
  • salt
  • veg. oil for frying

Steps

1hr 30mins
  1. 1

    Put your bean in a container add some hot water and peel of the black head.

  2. 2

    Wash it with clean water, add more water and allow it to rest for about 30 to 40mins

  3. 3

    Wash your bell pepper, onion, scotchbonnet, garlic and keep them aside

  4. 4

    After that 30 to 40mins add the all remaining ingredient.

  5. 5

    Add them in your blender jug and blend till it become very smooths and fluffy.

  6. 6

    Add your salt to taste

  7. 7

    Put on your veg.oil in pan
    and on the fire and allow it get warm not very hot.

  8. 8

    Start fying…

  9. 9
