Ingredients

2 servings
  • as required nachos
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupcheese
  • as required chilli flakes
  • as per needoregano
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 1finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 cupboiled chicken pieces of 1 inch each

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add butter and maida n saute it for 2 min

  2. 2

    Add in the milk and keep stirring to avoid lumps

  3. 3

    Add in salt and cheese n saute well for 2 mins n allow it to rest

  4. 4

    Plate the nachos as per your choice, adding up with onion, tomato, salt, lemon juice and chicken

  5. 5

    Pour the creamy cheesy mix on to the nachos and garnish it with oregano and chilli flakes
