Fry chicken with gravy

First of all wash and clean the chicken pieces well and put in a mixing bowl. Add curd and all the spices mention above for marination. Add salt and lemon juice mix all together very well and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. If you have time then you can keep it for 2-3 hours.

Take oil in a kadhai heat it then add sliced onion when onion started light brown add the cashew and fry both till golden brown. transfer both in a plate. Allow to cool it and coarsely ground them.

Take the same.kadhai in which we fry onion.remove half quantity of oil from it.turn on the flame when oil is heated well add the marinated chicken pieces and fry well on high flame till they turn golden and brown marks appear on it.tranafer in a plate.

Meanwhile chicken has fried take another kadhai add the remaining oil.add whole spices saute 30 seconds.add onion paste cook on 2 minutes,add ginger garlic paste saute 1 minute. Add grated tomatoes, coconut and slit green chilli.mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Add all powder spices mention above for gravy.add little water in remaining marination masala add this water with spices mix it. Cover and cook on medium flame for 23rd minutes.open it the oil has seperated

Add onion cashew paste,mix and cook for a minute. Add fry chicken pieces, mix and add 1/2cup water.mix again cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally

Open the.lid check.the chicken pieces. It become tender and soft. If required add some water mix and give a boil. Add coriander leaves.mix it. Turn off the flame.dish out the delicious chicken and serve it with Naan or kulcha.
