Steps

Wash spinach and cook in hot water for 3 min. Then remove and dip in cold water. Chop onions, tomatoes.

Grind spinach with green chillies n spices. Take 1tbs butter in a kadai and add cumin seeds and chopped onions saute then add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and saute till tomatoes are soft. Add spinach paste to kadai.

Cupt paneer into cubes and add to kadai. You can also roast paneer n add. Add garam masala, kasurimethi, salt and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder. Cook for few minutes and switch of the flame.
