Ingredients

  • 250ग्राम हरी मूंग दाल
  • 5-6हरी मिर्च
  • आवश्यकतानुसार हरी धनिया
  • 1/2चम्मच हल्दी, धनिया, लाल मिर्च, गर्म मसाला
  • स्वादानुसार नमक
  • 1/2चम्मच अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट
  • 1/2चम्मच जीरा, सौंफ

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले दाल को धोकर ४-५ घंटे के लिए भिगो दें। दाल भीग जाने के बाद उसके छिलके निकालकर उसे मिक्सी में दरदरा पीस लें।

  2. 2

    अब उसमें जीरा सौंफ, हरी मिर्च, हरी धनिया, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर गर्म मसाला नमक, और अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट मिलाएं फिर डीप फ्राई करें
