Cut the chicken into cube size pieces, marinade with lemon juice, ginger garlic, salt and tandoori masala powder or paste (instead of tandoori masala 1/2 tsp chilli powder,1 tbsp curry powder,1/3 tsp haldi powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder can be used for marinating)

After 10 min mix with corn flour and egg, egg can be skipped by using little bit of water, shallow fry the chicken until outer layer is crispy

In a saucepan pan heat 2 tbsp oil add some chopped garlic around 3 cloves, sauté for a min, then add diced onion and capsicum1/2 cup, cook for a minute or two then add 1/4cup ketchup, 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp mr naga, 1 tbsp soy sauce give it a good mix

When the sauce becomes hot add chicken and coat well in the sauce, cook for further two minutes add fresh coriander before serving (all spices and sauces can be used according to taste, add sugar to lighten up the spiciness, fresh coriander always give nice flavour,
