500 gminced beef
Halfbowl mix veggies
4tomatoes
Halfonion
2 tbspcooking oil
1 tbspsoya sauce
Pinchblack pepper
3eggs

Steps

Heat wok then the oil. Add in beef then sautee until it changes colour. Then pour onion mix it until onion is soft.

Drop tomato and cook until the sauce comes out. Pour mix veggies too. Season with soya sauce and black pepper.

Can add just a little water if its dried up.

Keep cooking until sauce thickens. When it in done. Transfer in a plate.

Poach egg then place it on top then serve.
