Ingredients

1 1/4 CAP flour
1/4 Ccocoa powder
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonbaking powder
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 Cbutter (unsalted, room temperature)
3/4 Csugar (granulated)
1egg
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 teaspoonred food coloring

Cream butter and sugar.

Add egg, vanilla and red food coloring

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda

Gradually fold flour mixture into butter mix. Fold in chips

Chill dough for 30 minutes.

Preheat 350°F. Scoop 1 in. balls. Bake ~9 minutes
