🥗 Fresh asparagus salad

The best way to enjoy the taste of the season!! Raw asparagus is so sweet and flavourful, so nothing but thin slice to eat the taste as it is.

A little bit of extra effort is needed, but worth it to enjoy the season!!

The bottom part is thicker skin, so slice off the skin.

  4. 4

Slice it one by one. It takes time and effort a bit, but it is worth the effort. Trust me!

  5. 5

Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper to your taste.

The subtle sweetness of asparagus should not be compromised by other tastes
