Chop chocolate bars and walnuts

Measure out all of your ingredients wet and dry and put them in small bowls

Set oven to 350

Put the butter in a pan and set heat to medium / high
- 5
Constantly mix butter over a medium to low flame while lightly bubbling until it reaches a golden brown color

Pour browned butter into mixing bowl with both sugars

Cream together sugar butter and sugar until incorporated

Add whole egg and the 2 yolks and mix on medium until incorporated

Add vanilla extract

Add flour, salt and baking soda

Mix in chocolate chunks and walnuts

Use an XL scoop to put 5 to 6 leveled portions onto a parchment lined baking sheet

Bake 350 for 10-15 mins on middle rack. Time depends on size of dough scoop

Take out of baking sheet using the parchment paper and let cool completely on wire rack
