1/2 cupwhite poha
1/4 cupcurd
1/2 tspchopped ginger
1green chilli
1 tspgrated carrot
as required Coriander leaves
as per taste salt
1/4 cupbuttermilk

First take the poha in a bowl. Pour the buttermilk in it and soak well for ten minutes.

Add curd and mix well.

Add chopped ginger, coriander, green chillies, grated carrot and required amount of salt and mix well.

Now prepared the delicious nutritious poha curd rice.
