My mom asked if I could make a cake for my aunt, I said yes. I wanted a chocolate icing that was not buttermilk, or whipped, or cream cheese. So I made this icing.

Add 2/4 cup milk to mixer, add vanilla and 1 cup of sugar. Blend until sugar is dissolved.

In a separate bowl melt butter, add the cocoa powder and remaining vanilla

Add the chocolate mixture to the milk mixture. Blend until smooth. Add remaining milk.

Slowly add powdered sugar until you reach desired thickness.
