Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make basic tomato sauce by sautéing garlic in olive oil then add salt, pepper, tomato sauce cans, and fresh basil. Let sauce cook for at least 30 min
- 2
Add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil to crumbled white bread
- 3
Stuff the squid bodies with bread mixture. Pack gently
- 4
Using a toothpick, attach the squid tentacles to the body and poke small holes in the squid body to avoid bursting
- 5
Add Wesson oil to pan on very very low heat. Add squids and brown gently on each side. Takes about 10 min for each side. Squids are ready when they turn a bit purple
- 6
