Egg Paratha
Steps

Mix flour,salt and a teaspoon of oil

Add water bit by bit to make a soft dough

Cut out the doughs into small pieces and roll out each piece using a roller

Place your pan on a medium heat and put in your rolled paratha on the heated pan

Cook both sides till a brown spot appears

Repeat the process until the dough is over.

Chop or grate your veggies and put it inside the egg add your seasonings and whisk thoroughly

Place your pan on a medium heat and spread oil over it

Add in the egg and then put your paratha on top of the egg and allow to cook

Cook both sides until the egg is fried…repeat the process

In another bowl break your eggs
